Register CompanyWhat is SiteTrack?
SiteTrack is a construction operations portal for managing projects, people, site activity, costs, materials, reports and client visibility from one system.
Can multiple companies use the same SiteTrack portal?
Yes. Each approved company receives its own workspace and company ID. Employees, customers, projects and operational records are scoped to that company.
How do employees and customers register?
They do not register publicly. A company owner generates a secure single-use invitation from the company workspace, and the invitation automatically assigns the new account to that company.
Does SiteTrack include expense and budget tracking?
Yes. The current portal includes project budget and expense workflows, categories, receipts and related reporting screens.
Can clients see project updates?
Yes. Client-facing areas include project access, reports, photos and communication features without exposing administrator tools.
Are package limits active?
Yes. SiteTrack enforces employee and project limits by package. Super Admin can assign or adjust packages; online subscription billing is not connected yet.
